Abstract
Explaining users' information technology acceptance behavior is an important research question in information systems research that continues to warrant investigation, and active research has been conducted on traditional systems in organizational environments and information technology services in personal environments. However, these studies lack a multi-channel perspective that simultaneously considers both old and new channels in users' information technology acceptance. This study proposes the need for a multi-channel approach in information technology acceptance research by developing and empirically testing a theoretical model of information technology acceptance behavior from a multi-channel perspective.
