Abstract
For personality and ethical values as performance predictors to influence performance, a mediating process through behavior can be considered. To more accurately understand and explain the relationship between personality and values and performance, an analysis of the mediating process of behavior was conducted within a research model examining the relationship between personality and values and performance. Accordingly, the personality traits and values of the CEO were established as variables to explain organizational performance, and the influence of the CEO's personality and values on organizational performance through the mediating process of leadership behavior was examined. The results confirmed that a model supporting the findings demonstrated in various prior studies is feasible.
