Abstract
The rapid growth of the Internet is transforming Investor Relations (IR), which represents a company's financial status, business performance, and outlook, into cyber IR. Internet-based IR, referred to as cyber IR or online IR, is recognized as an active communication method between companies and shareholders. However, systematic research on what factors information users consider important in conducting cyber IR and which factors they are currently satisfied with has been insufficient, failing to provide standardized guidelines for companies seeking to implement cyber IR. Accordingly, this study surveyed 213 individuals involved in corporate IR, including investors, analysts, and fund managers, and analyzed the importance factors and satisfaction factors of cyber IR, as well as their interrelationships, using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the IPA analysis results, a strategic framework required for conducting cyber IR was presented to serve as a guideline for companies implementing cyber IR in the future.
