Most supply chain has many dynamic phenomena. The bullwhip effect is a famous of them. Many scholars have addressed the causes of bullwhip effect in supply chain. Some scholars have focused on the individual fact, for example, ignoring the supply line which are caused mainly individual's bounded rationality(Sterman, 2000). On the other hand some scholars have interested in structure fact which is caused not by individual but by inevitable structural fact, for instance, independent forecasting by supply chain members, ordering by batch, price fluctuation, shortage game between members and so on. We are interested in the individual fact affect on supply chain dynamics including bullwhip effect. This article shows that individual fact, in particular information need for closure of supply chain member influence on supply chain performance including the supply chain dynamics.As a result of our empirical survey, game and simulation proper to our intend suggests that individual fact influence on supply chain dynamics. The higher individual's information need for closure, the higher supply chain's bullwhip effect. This article has some implications that you should educate the employee to have looser the need for closure, design the control panel more enrich to escape the bullwhip effect.
